That is exactly what this year’s Italian Spring at Piazza is all about. We have prepared a seasonal menu built on quality ingredients, simplicity, and a perfect balance of flavors. Meat lovers will enjoy filetto di manzo – beef tenderloin served with beetroot purée with wild garlic, delicate parsnip cream, herb crumble, and demi-glace. If you prefer fish, try filetto di salmone with crushed peas and mint, creamy caper sauce, and fresh pea pods. Spring lightness also comes through in our risotto bianco with asparagus, complemented by fried croquettes of pecorino, sun-dried tomatoes, and olives. And of course, there is pasta – spaghetti with grilled prawns, wild garlic pesto, cherry tomatoes, and a gentle touch of chili that sparkles pleasantly on the palate.
