26. 6.–19. 7. 2026 Carpaccio was born in Venice as a simple yet elegant appetizer made from thin slices of raw beef. Today, however, it comes in many different forms, which is exactly why we have dedicated a special menu to this iconic dish at Piazza Ristorante. During our Carpaccio Weeks, you can enjoy carpaccio prepared in several ways. From the classic beef tenderloin version and delicate veal carpaccio to seafood variations featuring halibut or marinated salmon. We have also created a zucchini carpaccio with lemon emulsion, cashew nuts, olives, grapes, and Ricotta Salata cheese for those who would like to discover an unusual meat-free option that goes beyond the expected beetroot version. Each variation offers its own unique flavors, textures, and ingredient combinations. The result is a menu that is light, fresh, and perfect as a starter, a light dinner, or a pairing with a glass of wine.
