This time at Piazza, we are heading across the ocean. We have prepared American Cuisine Weeks for you, guiding you through the flavors of the United States. You will see that American cuisine definitely means more than just fast food. It is all about contrasts, bold flavors, and combinations that simply work. And that is exactly how we approached this special menu.  Lovers of proper burgers will be in for a treat. The double smash beef burger in a buttery bun with ground beef, caramelized onions, bacon, cheddar, BBQ sauce, fresh vegetables, coleslaw, and fries is probably the most popular American classic you simply cannot miss.  If you have a weakness for street food, our hot dog should not escape your attention. A buttery roll, grilled sausage with cheddar and jalapeños, fried onions, honey mustard, a touch of maple syrup, and crispy onion rings on the side. A great combination straight out of a famous New York food stand.  For those who want to taste something truly exceptional, we have prepared Surf and Turf. Beef tenderloin paired with shrimp sautéed in butter, wine, and garlic, served with roasted grenaille potatoes. The combination of sea and meat was made famous especially by Seattle, and now you can enjoy this fantastic pairing right here in Brno.  And of course, pizza cannot be missing one of the most popular dishes in the USA. American hot pizza with tomato sauce, spicy Calabrese, mozzarella, chili, and cherry tomatoes is simply a safe bet.  Reserve your table in advance and come taste America at Piazza. 

20. 3.–26. 4. 2026 Spring in Italy has its own unique atmosphere. The air carries the scent of fresh herbs, markets fill with the first asparagus, young peas, and wild garlic, and plates become lighter with fresh, vibrant flavor combinations. That is exactly what this year’s Italian Spring at Piazza is all about.  We have prepared a seasonal menu built on quality ingredients, simplicity, and a perfect balance of flavors.  Meat lovers will enjoy filetto di manzo – beef tenderloin served with beetroot purée with wild garlic, delicate parsnip cream, herb crumble, and demi-glace.  If you prefer fish, try filetto di salmone with crushed peas and mint, creamy caper sauce, and fresh pea pods.  Spring lightness also comes through in our risotto bianco with asparagus, complemented by fried croquettes of pecorino, sun-dried tomatoes, and olives.  And of course, there is pasta – spaghetti with grilled prawns, wild garlic pesto, cherry tomatoes, and a gentle touch of chili that sparkles pleasantly on the palate.  Italian Spring at Piazza is about freshness, colors, and joy. Come and enjoy a taste of springtime Italy in the heart of Brno from March 20 to April 26, 2026.
