St. Martin’s Feast Menu
This fall, Piazza Ristorante will celebrate tradition and refined flavors with our special St. Martin’s menu, centered around the classic roast goose that has long been an essential part of Czech festivities.
The menu begins with a delicate goose pâté served with rhubarb sauce and a buttery brioche. The main course features a succulent goose leg roasted with apples, accompanied by cinnamon-spiced red cabbage and a potato roulade filled with cracklings and crispy onions. A perfect symphony of flavors to warm you on chilly autumn days – and, above all, a chance to enjoy a traditional Czech specialty with a modern twist.
For dessert, we’ve prepared a rich chocolate brownie with pistachios, raspberry sorbet, and crunchy nut crumble.
