On Thursday 4 November, Piazza Ristorante will turn your evening into a one of a kind culinary experience. Our guest chef David Viktorin will personally prepare a bespoke tasting menu.
David Viktorin leads the restaurant Chateau Petit and is one of the most distinctive figures in Czech gastronomy. He appeared as sous chef in the Czech edition of Hell’s Kitchen, holds the Restaurateur of the Year 2022 award, and gained long term experience in renowned Brno restaurants U Kastelána, Valoria, and Borgo Agnese.
The menu is designed as a five course tasting dinner. Expect precise textures, pure flavor, and refined combinations of ingredients. You can option for a carefully curated wine pairing by the professional sommeliers of KOREK Wines to highlight each course.

The price includes still and sparkling water and coffee. The finale is the Fragola digestif by Bepi Tosolini.
